As our packages below indicate, our services range from the straightforward, to a full bespoke wedding and fees are per event and not per day! The choice is yours…
Package A: (Standard Service from £1000)
Receive expert advice on your wedding arrangements, access to our specialist suppliers (maximum of five), and the services of an event co-ordinator at your event to manage our suppliers for an 8-hour shift.
Please note travel and accommodation expenses may be necessary.
Package B: (Intermediate Service from £1750)
Our experienced event co-ordinator will manage the event on your special day which you will have arranged all your own suppliers. With a full planning meeting four weeks before the event, to agree itinerary and logistics, and attendance on the day for up to 8-hours. We work with your chosen suppliers throughout.
- all your own suppliers, TT prepare the schedules and floorplans and post them to all the suppliers attending on the day. We are on site on the day making the day come together while you relax and enjoy the day.

Package C: (Advanced Service from £3000)
We provide professional assistance from a senior consultant, offering ideas and organisation for your big day, working with you by sharing the workload, assisting with floorplans, schedules and liaising with your full team of suppliers before and during the event. We’ll also provide access to a number of our specialist suppliers.
- 50:50 share of the workload in dealing with the suppliers prior to the day and then take on the full management of all suppliers on the day
- we put the schedules and the floorplans together and post them to all the suppliers
- included is one pre-site visit and attendance on the day

Package D: (Elite Service from £4500)
Busy life?… then this is for you. Give us a good budget to work with and we will create the wedding of your dreams, from concept to completion, ensuring each part of your event is managed effectively. From your original brief, we will enhance your ideas with a combination of creativity and flair. A spectacular and memorable bespoke event is assured.

All marquee events are advised that our Elite Service is the minimum requirement due to the extra workload of building everything from ground up. Our expertise in marquee events is vast having planned so many stately and country home events over the last few years where marquees have needed erecting.

Package E: (Mumbai & Dubai Service £POA)
Tania-Tapel’s specialist wedding planning and logistics services are now available in Mumbai and Dubai – offering a unique opportunity to blend the style and flavour of Eastern events with British professionalism and innovation.
Our UK-trained wedding planners are now available to bring Tania-Tapel’s concise organisation and reputation for friendly, stylish and beautiful events to two of the world’s most glamorous capitals – offering true peace of mind.
Tania-Tapel have built connections with various venues in Mumbai and Dubai, including the main five star hotels – although our planners will be equally happy to assess and work with all venues, from a farmhouse to a site on which can be built an entire production set.
Once an initial site visit has taken place, Tania-Tapel will be ready to manage your event across international waters, offering results which are truly bespoke and inspirational.
Your professional wedding planner will be available to prepare all schedules, floorplans and logistics – liaising with all your chosen suppliers and saving hours of your time – and will provide full-time support and management during the running of the event.
