Early bird discounts
Applicable for all courses booked 30 days in advance of course dates. Any courses booked after this will be charged normal rates.
Food and beverage
A vegetarian lunch buffet will be offered each day of your course. Also, there will be two refreshment breaks during the course of the day.
Accommodation
We have subsidised rates for members attending our courses. Please call the office for rates if you need further information to book directly, available for course members only – bed and full english breakfast per room per night(subject to availability).
Cancellation and refunds
If you need to cancel your seat, you must tell us at least 45 days before the date of the event to receive a 100% refund. 25% will be applicable thereafter until 30 days. No refunds can be issued for seats that are cancelled less than 1 month before the event. Cancellations must be done in writing.
Transfers
You may transfer your seat to a friend or relative, but if you wish to do so you must notify us at least two weeks before the date of the event. You can transfer to another date subject to availability, requests must be received at least 30 days in advance, alternatively gift vouchers may be issued to be used against TT courses in future.
Access requirements
If you have any special access requirements (such as wheelchair access), then please contact us when you register so we can do our best to accommodate you on the day.
Photography and quotes
You grant us the right to use any photography taken on the day or any quotes given on our feedback forms for the marketing of future events.
