The choice of venue is a key element in any Asian wedding or corporate event where specialist Indian food is required. And the all-important factors are likely to be the style and level of catering required, and the capacity to host the required number of guests.
Knowing exactly what is available, where, and at what price, is a speciality of its own, and it’s one that Tania-Tapel has developed to high levels over a decade of event management. From the latest stately home to offer itself as a venue, to new hotels and purpose-built complexes, it’s likely that we already have good contacts and a good relationship in place.
We source venues, and then we can work closely with the management of a venue to ensure your function is managed as effectively as you need if you want us to manage your event (optional).
We charge £50 + VAT for our general venue-finder service, but if you book our Elite Package D, the venue finding fee will be reimbursed in full.
HOW WE OPERATE:
- You complete our form with all the relevant details we need to check availability for you.
- We check all the possible venues on our database within the guidelines you have specified ie. distance prepared to travel, optional dates, etc.
- When we have the details back on costs and availability from the venue we will contact you either by e-mail within 10 working days to inform you of the options available to you.
- We require you to provide us a shortlist of preferred venues from this list that you would like to consider within 7 working days after we have sent the information to you.
- We will then arrange site visits at your request.
- You will need to book the venue through us acting on your behalf as we may be able to secure discounts in certain instances.

To save your time all you have to do is complete the Venue Finder form here. Please give a list of venues and costs quoted, you have already checked directly, as venues will already have your details and will not appreciate the same enquiry coming in again – double the work for them!
Please note if your criteria changes once we have received the completed form ie. change of date, change of numbers, change of location etc this will incur additional charges of £25 + VAT. We therefore strongly advise you to provide the most accurate information on time of application.
