A full event management service: from creating the initial proposal, to arranging all of the logistics, and delivering the event on-site, fresh ideas and creativity for each project, a pro-active approach, a network of contacts, courteous and friendly VIP service for your speakers, staff and delegates.

During the event, our event managers ensure that all aspects are taken care of, allowing you to spend your time and energies with your clients’ or delegates.

Full project management is our forte but if you still want to be involved in the preparations we can keep you regularly updated. Prepare your brief, have a few meetings and then we can come up with a suitable proposal to meet your budget and ensure your objectives are met at these events.

Corporate event planning can be anything from meetings, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, family fun days, sporting events…the list is endless. At Tania-Tapel we can help you select the right motivator to ensure that it has a core value.

While most consultancies hide their costs until they’re sitting in front of you, Tania-Tapel believes in an “all cards on the table” approach. So you can prepare your budgets or provide a cost comparison, we are laying our charges out in full on our website:-

All corporate services, excluding telemarketing, are priced at £400 per day (7 hours). When a quote is given, the project is costed on the expected number of man-days to fulfil the contract. This price can be fixed at the time of entering into the contract, or it can be invoiced on an “actual” on going basis. Expenses are in addition to the consultancy fees, typically any travel costs, accommodation, postage, printing and stationery, plus a standard telephone/fax/internet fee of £75-£125 per month depending on the nature of the project.

Expenses will be projected accurately at the outset of the project. Although we fulfil our projects on a 5-day week, there is no extra charge for weekend or evening work. The consultancy rate is fixed for the duration of the project, and there will be no hidden charges. This gives you the confidence you need to execute a project knowing your budget will not be exceeded.
