In the beginning

It seems a long while ago that Tania-Tapel staged its first event.

That was back in the mid-90s when young British Asian, Anita Patel, set out with one intent – to build a successful business based on the delivery of excellence in the events industry.

Her first target was that most important function – the Asian wedding.

She believed that weddings deserved the very best, a day of days which simply had to be the most wonderful experience for all concerned. Thankfully she encountered so many gracious people who shared her vision. The result? A series of truly memorable wedding celebrations which, as the years passed, have reached out across the UK and around the world to India and the UAE.

In 2008, the company earned the title of the UK’s best wedding planners in cross industry awards.

As the company has evolved into mainstream marketplaces which include corporate event management and consultancy, the original principle has remained – to create events of excellence.

Here and now

With offices in the UK, India and the UAE, Tania-Tapel now operates across a broad spectrum of corporate services, working with a truly diverse client base.

We recognise the importance to corporate brands of events such as major promotions, launches, awards dinners, receptions, exhibitions, conferences and high level sporting link-ups.

We understand the significant role venues of all kinds have to play when hosting such events, along with suppliers who service such events, and our depth of experience allows us to interact smoothly to achieve the highest levels of delivery.

Our specialist multicultural knowledge base is a resource which many companies, particularly hotels and venues, have accessed through consultancy to guide them in engaging diverse new marketplaces. The launch of our training academy in the UK and India has underpinned this process, enabling awareness building of a company’s personnel.

And our weddings division remains as committed as ever to producing perfect days.
